An administration fee equivalent to one week’s rent plus referencing fee costs will be charged, once tenants agree to take a property through May & co. The administration fee paid will be deducted from the total moving-in costs, if the tenancy goes ahead. Should the landlord decide not to go ahead, full fees will be refunded. However; should the tenant decide not to go ahead, these fees are non-refundable.

The landlord pays for the making up of the inventory and check-in report. Tenants will be liable for the cost of the check-out.

1 & 2 Bedrooms £120 inclusive of VAT at 20%
3 & 4 Bedrooms £144 inclusive of VAT at 20%
